This year the Zandloper and Achiduc offer you three seasonal cooking workshops.
In autumn we will be working with fruits, in winter and in spring we’ll make healthy salads!
Tuesday 9/10/2018: Creatief met herfstvruchten
In this workshop you will get to know the typical types of autumn fruit to be found in this part of the world (chestnuts, nuts, pears...). You will discover how to use these ingredients in the kitchen.

Tuesday 18/12/2018: Eccodesserts maken voor kerst
If you are fed up with the time-honoured Christmas desserts, why not learn how to make desserts that are based on an ecological approach. We use local and/or organic ingredients of the season.

Tuesday 12/03/2019: Salads to go in de lente
Healthy salads assume a completely new and original character in a beautiful preserving jar! Become a creative lettuce architect. This workshop will teach you how to prepare simple recipes for a healthy lunch at work or at home.

- a knife;
